A Flexible Screw Conveyor (also known as a Flexible Auger Conveyor) is a highly versatile, cost-effective mechanical conveying system used to transport a wide range of powders, granules, pellets, and dry bulk solids, including grains, plastic resins, flour, cement, animal feed, and more.

At its core, this conveyor consists of:

• A flexible, rotating helical screw (the auger)

• Enclosed within a flexible or semi-rigid tube

• Powered by a motor and drive unit at the inlet or discharge end

It moves material by screw rotation, gently pushing product through the tube.

• Flexible Screw (Helix): Stainless steel or carbon steel, various pitches and profiles for different materials

• Tube / Casing: PVC, UHMW, or stainless steel; may be food-grade

• Drive Unit: Electric motor with gearbox (typically at the discharge end)

• Inlet Hopper: Where material enters; may have agitation to prevent bridging

• Outlet/Discharge Port: Can be fixed or mobile

• Mounting Frame (optional): For mobility or height adjustment
